We offer a wide range of services. To keep the exterior of your Commercial properties looking in top condition. Our services go beyond just picking up trash. We offer graffiti removal at no extra labor cost.

We offer once a month power washing of store front walkways at no extra cost.  We offer free quotes, once a month billing and before and after photos on every visit. 

Our standard pricing is for a visit to your property every 2 days, 8times a month. This of course can be adjusted if needed depending on the needs of each individual property.

We will pick up all trash on the property on every visit. This includes planters, parking lot around dumpsters in the alley way as well as emptying any trash cans on the property and installing new trash bags on every visit. 

We will get rid of that graffiti as part of our porter service, you will only be charged for paint or materials.

to complete the removal and we always have a do not exceed amount on materials that is a $100 or less per month. Before and after photos will always be provided on each visit.

On the last visit of each month, we will power wash your store front walkway. This service is included as part of the monthly service. 

Quarterly we will repaint all curbs, red, yellow, blue to keep your property looking sharp with great curb appeal. This service is also included as part of the monthly service.
